But i really feel bad for Younger Ciel ( our ciel ) He grow up seeing ElderCiel being loved more, of course YoungerCiel is loved too but since E.Ciel is the heir he is treated differently.. Younger Ciel was only consider as a " SPARE " the feeling of being a substitute is not really good especially for a kid.. So when the Bastard Chap tell Y.Ciel he has to leave the mansion just because he isnt the heir.. I wanna punch him.. But then Y ciel decides what he wanted to do in the future ao he told about it to his elder twin.. E.ciel only wanted to be with Y.ciel.. Since he changed reaction when E.ciel told him about his dream.. So this is just my theory ( My Opinion ) when Sebastian first met Y.Ciel he made a contract right? So what if E.Ciel was left behind.. And Y.ciel thought he was dead.. So in order to fullfill E.Ciel's duty ( he is the heir) Y.Ciel became CIEL PHANTOMHIVE, he is the Earl and he is doing his realy dream, a toy company... There are people who knows the PHANTOMHIVE have twins.. So he probably make them believed that the dead one is the Younger twin so no one suspect him being an imposter...
