Help me look for the title of the manga please

I'm looking for a Yaoi manga I read years ago.. It's the very first yaoi manga I read so it has a sentimental connection to me, but I already forgot it's title.. It's about an art student who was about to confess to a baseball player in their school.. He always watched and drew the baseball player by the window where the baseball team always practiced.. eventually they became together and the baseball guy gave the art student a keychain that he placed in his bag and he lost it.
