it may not live up to that title, unfortunately, as censorship and regulations in china are extremely hevay when it comes to LGBT media. no LGBT couples are allowed to be shown in TV media, and the regulations vary when it comes to other forms of digital media, but it is fairly consistent in that LGBT couples are pretty much forbidden from being explicitly shown. this is because the authoritarian government believes that such portrayals of LGBT individuals will "encourage others to become LGBT", something that the conservative government frowns upon.
I'm waiting for this to live up to its yaoi lable. Sofar we haven't even gotten any bl yet.
