Male Omega's have wombs in the ass, thus the ass works similar to a vagina to women. Or so I've read. If you read other stories with Omega's some times they have little information about them at the start and that's where it said the info about the womb, I'm guess it works similar to the vagina of a woman myself.

In the Manga "Sex Pistols" There is a twin birth by C- section as well as a normal birth by a male omega that has a vagina he was able to grow on his body.
I have also read other Omegaverse manga's that they have the womb because they are Omega.

With the due date of the male Omega in my fic fast approaching, I’ve been thinking more and more about Omega births and the icky sticky biological aspects of the birthing process and I’ve come up with a few things I’d like to share. It seems to be a subject everyone avoids after all.
First off, let’s just say it. Male Omegas give birth anally. They push the child through an opening that connects to the rectum and then push some more until their child is out into the world. No, it’s not “pooping out a baby” any more than a man ejaculating is “peeing out sperm”. Holes are allowed to do more than one thing.
On that point, I’ve mentioned one feature in male Omegas in my fic, but not everyone reads that so I’ll repeat it. Male Omegas produce lubrication throughout pregnancy. The main purpose is to flush out bacteria, since you do after all dispose of waste from there too, but it also is very useful for sexual activities.
Now, back to the birth. Another thing I’ve come up with applies to all Omegas. They go into labour as any Beta female would, but it goes a little differently once the amniotic sac ruptures (the water breaks). Once that happens, the Omega enters a heat-like state. They develop a light fever and start to produce large amounts of lubrication. Their scent also becomes stronger.
Birth itself is a very hormone fueled event and becomes very instinctive once active labour starts. The Omega will only want to be around the father of their child and blood relatives. Because of this, most Omegas opt for a home birth. In the case that an Omega be around anyone else, it is mandatory that they were a scent masker, for neglecting to do so could cause the Omega to lash out and become distressed.
It is more common for an Omega to instinctively try to give birth while on all fours and it is recommended that they do so, especially males. In hospitals, Omegas are allowed to assume whatever position they are most comfortable with. If the Omega wants to birth standing up, anyone helping them must adapt to that position as to not stress the Omega. More often than not, Omegas will only allow the father of their child to touch them right up until they are engaging the head of the child.
When the child crowns and the head is engaged, the Omega enters a state where they focus all their thoughts and energy on pushing the child out. At this point they will not notice anyone touching them until the child is born.
