if she is indeed new clow reed ...she doesn't need sakura staff, she should just make new staff own her own... she needs the staff because she lacks magic..."Clow Reed magic is abundance... but the girl doesn't have a trace of magic said syaoran... how someone can dismiss the present of magic, because for the magician they have their own energy..right? like mana, cakra,etc... or she want to take staff, so sakura doesn't need to rely on her staff...
Its not possible for the new girl to be a reincarnated clow reed, Eriol and Sakura's dad are his reincarnation.
I've been thinking that maybe, the cloaked figure is Sakura herself, from another dimension maybe... or from a future where she grows to be (too) powerful... I'm having chills.
Also... when I first saw Akiho I thought she could be the reincarnation of Sakura's mom. I wouldn't put it past CLAMP at this point. This manga is so precious, and also, bless the anime for reviving a part of my(and everyone else's) childhood.
After I read this far..Here some guess that I think it would be possible:
1. The mysterious cloaked man/woman is the new student girl
2. The mysterious cloaked man/woman is like the new 'Clow Reed'
3. Bunny stuffed animals and new girl's butler are like Kero and Yue (the guardian of the clow book and master clow)
4. That no name book is like a clow book
