Actually yes in the last clip he is alive with the other girl who is also either in mortal with him because I’m basically what she wanted she just didn’t want to be alone anymore it was painful also you could just be like reincarnation and the other girl died we earlier on because she wanted to at one point
Did nobody notice that there was a very strong indication that Lelouch ended up immortal and therefore surviving Suzaku's sword? I mean, it's still technically sad since Suzaku doesn't have immortality but you can imagine he gets it somehow in the future.
So they can still have a happy ended. Sort of. Cheer up guys! Everything goes in fandom!
