I think what they were trying to say is that a person doesn't have to be "manly", taller, bigger in size etc. to be a top. Yuuri can be a top or a bottom and the same goes for Victor. They're both equals and the fact that someone just happens to be shorter doesn't make them a bottom. And believe me when I say this many people who are part of the lgbt+ community are pretty sick of the stereotypes. Like the original commenter is seeing the shy sweet yuuri as only being able to be a uke since he is the more feminine of the too. Like really??
