you obviously dont understand the characterization of cirrus at all. hes the type of person whos jealous of anyone that has a better life than him, which is why hes picking on chan il. hes jealous of chan il and wants to ruin his life
that's kinda extreme tho? cirrus doesn't want to ruin chan-il's life he just is acting shitty to him because he's jealous and can't be mature
well he probably acts like that due to all the trauma he has and his mental issues. and yeah he could be acting immature but at the end of the day hes just a teenage boy with mental problems
