appearance wise, uke is so pretty. personality wise is still unknown to me, idk his true desire. and sadly both of them do, uke sleeps around as a hobby and seme sleeps around because he had to. but author didnt highlight the smut scenes that much especially with background characters, author mostly highlight anything related to the plot and the main couple's smut scenes

i think yes if he did it with women, though idk if maybe some of them did top him. but im pretty sure hes a bottom when it comes to men, one of the nobleman once said "did you spread ur legs for him, too?" to uke
