If memory serves, he had to get surgery to deliver the child. Idk the chapter tho. And im not 100% sure on it, so take it with a ocean load of salt, but for some reason I think he got hit by a car???
yeah i thought it d be about the c cetion too, but in the latest chapter, we see he has a scar behind his ear, and he also says he has migraines, so like wtf why there
I think it’s a surgery related to his ice skating, like he was previously in pain while skating.. Read it a long time ago.. So can’t remember too well..

The surgery was for the problem with his scent gland. (It’s not related to him having a c-section, which he had cause he passed out after his water broke and was really dehydrated)
