Based on what I read from the raws, his eyes changed color and can still see on the later chapters. Though I'm not entirely sure because I can't read anything from the raws, but I think he didn't go blind.

so the queen stabbed his eyes, later his eyes turned gray. is the prince blind going forward or… did his eye color changed due to what happened to his regas. someone please explain
