He did though, he asked and made it clear that he did NOT want to misunderstand anything and to please tell him what was going on.
C'mon yall he was trying to get it sorted out before he began to jump to conclusions but Cirrus was clearly unwilling to say more due to the circumstances of the situation— he did not want Chan-il to be aware of his problems so he stayed silent leading to that violent outburst.
Do not be talking about Chan-il like that because I highly doubt you'd stay, even the slightest bit, reasonable if you saw your best friend being hugged in such an intimate way by your girlfriend.
