I kinda wish the author hire ghost writer to write their ideas of how they wanted this story ended. It's still their idea and story, but someone else working on it. Seonwoo & Yujeong are sweet, but really rushed. And the ending is ugh. I wanna see Yujeong finally got good job, making money, working his insecurity complex and live around seonwoo. I wanna see seonwoo manage his life after leaving behind his dream and choose the field of work he doesn't like just so he can stay with someone he loves. Letting go of a dream is hard one. So I wanna see how seonwoo overcome that. Maybe they could open their own fine dining restaurant someday. And seonwoo could retire fron being a doctor and do some commission work on illustration and such.
I hope the author really satisfied with what they're doing, as they said they don't want to have regret if they don't write this story. It's a pity how it came to abrupt end, but their health is most important. And they made half way to season 2 is definitely them did their best. I think, it's definitely sad tho, author also let go of their dream to continue working on things they like, due to their health. In this case, author resembles seonwoo. I hope by doing this much, could bring them peace that they have done their best to the end.
