It's such a shame that At the end of the road felt unfinished. There were a few loose ends regarding side characters and the main relationship. I wish the end had been as good as the whole story
I agree. As much as I love it, it could've wrapped up better. But I still enjoyed it a lot, especially the side stories.
I dont think it's fair to compare the 2 bl just because the same author made it .
This bl plot and everything is different from at the end of the road comparing them when they are different plot wise , is lowkey unfair

I'm not really comparing them plot-wise since the story isn't the same at all. I just said that the conclusion here was better because there were no plot holes. The side stories in ATEOTR were enjoyable and funny, but were kind of random (except for one or two if I remember correctly). Here, the flow is more natural and logical if that makes sense?

Sadly this did not live up to the hype of previous author work. Despite a better rating, at the end of the road is a better story for me. I mean it is hard to top at the end of the road which is a master piece so yeah.
