After reading the first couple of chapters the way Won acted in the beginning definitely felt double ick after reading the spoilers. The whole situation with the dead brother is bad enough, this just made it worse. Thanks for saving me the frustration of reading this

I'm thinking it's probably the other way round based on all the hints of won being actually JEALOUS quite early on in their relationship of his friends worrying Abt him and giving him food to cheer jinha up. The attitude he has towards jinseo and jinseo avoidance to talk Abt anything related to jinha AFTER won yet has mentions of jinha in his diary.....so prolly the pretending part was w his dead brother which was what caused jinseo to loose his mind and commit suicide and why won acted so proactive w "seducing" jinha literally the moment they met.
I'm only more convinced of this cus he got rid of the ring as fast as he cud after jinseo died (usually ud wanna keep something like that) and cleared absolutely everything jinseo had in his apartment with no noticable grief... It could be wrong tho and he's just a psycho thru and thru
