if there is no username next to the chapters it aint a person posting them, but a bot, which is why on some webtoons/mangas you'll see "placeholder" chapters so that they won't autoupdate - so there is no one really to ask to stop. the one who uploads catcafe translations needs to put placeholders for this to stop.
