I have yet to finish the novel but from the spoilers I got, Reid/Reed aka Chaos Devil is the corrupted Tesilid. Tesilid fully corrupted at his 100th regression. From what I remember,the pope knows Chaos Devil's identity too but doesn't really do anything about him because the pope thinks that whatever CD will do, whether it's the destruction of the church, the world,anybody or anything, is karma and they can only accept his judgement.
oh so i was right with what i've read somewhere! still that maybe explains why reed gives MC sus looks hahaha anyways, im kinda excited with how its gonna be revealed and how it will progress. thanks btw!!
