The MC ends up with the Black King. The brother is actually a green flag. He loves the main character until the end. Except for one event, he does nothing harmful to the main character. The King is actually slowly poisoned by the main character, but the main character develops feelings (very complex and truly deep events occur) and heals the Black King who is nearing death, with his horn.

Yes, so he was extremly Brutal and his act is motivated by his desire to eliminate any potential threats to his rule ( if i know it right he did kill many other Clans) and to gain control over his kingdom
