Being empathetic to Sohans character he's been alone all his life and family term meant a lot for him when he realise he would be left alone after Shiwa goes to his planet he desperately clung to his fckn father deluding he had changed only to be betrayed again.
Like how he was willing to forgive his father when he abused his mother until they divorced and ran away after dumping debt on Sohan. He did it cuz he was lonely and needed a place to belong to clearly not seeing people who cared for him like his cafes manager and that richlandlord guy

Yes yes I too was tolerating every panel the father appeared in, no matter how much I see it from Sohans perspective I don't like the choices he made so I don't feel bad for him either that he was betrayed. It was well deserved.
I'm not gonna ignore the fact that Sihwa's ecstatic the dumbass is gone, BUT I'm glad the dumbass is gone as well. Because Sohan does not deserve that fucker and that kind of father does not deserve Sohan at all. I'm soooo frustrated he still let that man into his life after all this time. He does not see Sohan as his son at all, he just see him as someone he can use when he had the money. But the money's gone so Sohan is useless again for him.
