Y’all I read ahead a bit and if I remember correctly, ruby had a dream (or may actually be true memory of the past life) where she was her usual villain self talking to izek in their room. And ngl the TENSION. The enemies to lovers tension is CRAZYYY. I love the current timeline but villain arc timeline hit different.
Anyways so basically izek and past ruby were arguing as per usual and insulting each other but they both were clearly attracted to each other. After they stopped arguing they immediately leaned in for a kiss and got down to the deed
