Well even if you like them, some fear rejection and never make a move while some don't wanna burden the other with their feelings and some don't want to ruin friendships because incase you breakup, the friendship usually also ends. It's not always black and white. Human thinking, emotions and relations are all so complicated but that's what makes it so interesting
I honestly dont get romance sometimes bl or straight. Like waiting that long to answer someone just to make sure you really like them. If you spend that much time thinking about them and caring a little bit about them dont you already like them???? Why spend that much time and contemplate. Not that ive ever been inlove haha i dont get it. this is why i rarely read vanilla romance.
