It's a BL manga/manhwa where the Main character loses his memories including the memory of him and the Main lead so everytime the main lead tries to tell him about their past the Main character will experience a severe headache to the point where he will lost consciousness so the main lead will erase his memory again because he is afraid to lose the MC (note: the Main lead is the only one who remembers everything about them including their past)
