do you honestly expect people to rate a story that barely got uploaded yesterday? there are weirdos who rate stories even without reading them while I don't rate like 99% of stories that I have read because ratings mean nothing to me.
Low rating would encourage ppl to don't read it. And it's okay to not rate it, but in this case its rate as low (3 stars ect), hence the low rating
