When the outer part of the ears are frequently hit it develops blood clots and calluses resulting in the deformation of the ears
It's happening in judo, MMA, and even rugby
Oh I never really notice a lot of athletes with cauliflower ears tho

I mean unless they were specifically pointed or if I was near them i would just have gaze past them
