This isnt even anything deep, its just a girl whos been under constant stress alone who lost her only family, scared of confusing her dead brother with a complete different person. You act like this has been going on for a whole season?
Just because most of reinarnation/regression mangas skip the mental problems one person would have doesnt mean that its a bad and annoying thing to read about
