Yes it always has been
Here’s a definition of sexual assault:
“The term sexual assault refers to sexual contact or behavior that occurs without explicit consent of the victim. Some forms of sexual assault include: Attempted rape. Fondling or unwanted sexual touching. Forcing a victim to perform sexual acts, such as oral sex or penetrating the perpetrator's body.“
For y'all asking why Tristan got hard and acting like that's an indicator that he wanted it ...you know victims of sexual assault and rape can feel arousal and it DOESN'T mean they were asking for it. Including MALE victims. Right? RIGHT????
Tristan told Wren NO and Wren got on his lap and grinded away anyway plus took his blood directly. Wren is in the wrong here. And yes, Wren was abused but that does not excuse him for violating Tristan's bodily autonomy without consent.
