Honestly 7/10 1st couple of days will be discomfort but after that is easy sailing. Just make sure not to hit or get it pull on that’s the only time I ever felt pain with mines also for some reason it itches sometimes
I also am a piercing girly in general so I’m use to the pain and my body is use to the healing process so I didn’t have to do much cleaning of it but make sure to clean it every now and then with warm water and salt
