Just checked the last chapter of season3 chapter 150.
The other dude was actually his first love he mentioned in chapter 28.
He still trying to move on from Norman and fist love has hurt his feelings before so he has his guards up. Basically it is a slow chasing arc because first love has a bad track of playing with Minwoo feelings ...
Minwoo was supposed to bottom but then he changed his mind because he doesn't trust his first love ... So he changed position and says his fist love is gonna bottom and then the chapter ends like that. Around 3 months will start season 4.

I guess on s4 his first love will bottom for him because he wants him back and Minwoo will only bottom for him when first love really get Minwoo heart back.
I do hope we see a couple switching again, it has been awhile.
