They were all busy it was all last minute which is why he was frustrated and he also didn't want to hire just anyone who his baby doesn't feel comfortable
The regular person who was supposed to watch him couldn't make it, and I guess the agency had no-one else to send. Everyone else was unavailable. He should have gotten in touch with Sungyeon and had him come get the baby, but that is part of their miscommunication in this story :)

I don't get why they couldn't hire a nanny or of their parents could've looked after the child for this one BIG DAY for Hosik. He had to take the test while holding the baby the whole time. Especially since the kid can drink milk from the bottle. （￣へ￣）
