It's a change to see a couple being able to communicate and see from each other's pov. Some of you are in fact toxic as hell, think about it. Sheriel has been angry her whole life. She's been full of hatred, sadness and negative emotions since her childhood. That hatred was eating her every day more and more, it destroyed herself and others. She has the right to be angry like that, it's totally normal and logical.
But, she was given the choice to move on from that anger. That the point of her discussion with the witch. She got the choice and she took it. Her depression, her rage was never undeserved. She just needed a moment, a little while of happiness among all of her pain. Now, maybe she should have felt a little bit more conflicted but idk, I'm just happy seeing her happy. Kian should have groveled more, not exaggeratly tho he was also just a child after all.
