This site is incredibly notorious for specifically being full of gay porn comics. That's not to say that's the only thing on here, but it is absolutely "the gay porn comics website" which is why non-fujos typically go read somewhere else (less gay porn all over the front page on other manga reading sites!)
ANYWAY these dudes are cartoon characters & nothing that happens to/between them is real and none of it has any actual consequences, so it's pretty sad to write a whole novel about the morality of their actions in a comic where the entire plot exists to facilitate them sucking and fucking! 1. The brother in the past and the lover/basically son (don't give me that look he raised him and gave him a name) ARE THE EXACT SAME. I wish the author chose a non reincarnation route and just made the uke a descendant or sum shit (woulda been a lil fucked up but still not as twisted as this shit)
2. The seme has an obsession/dependence disorder and what he's been feeling is lust not really love (love to them leads to a sex scene EVERY time except once with the past) and the uke "fell in love" with someone he raised as a son for years.
3. The only and I do mean ONLY way I can see this going well is if they never get their memories back and fall in love naturally (no memories of their past father son relationship = no knowing that he basically raised seme ergo uke doesn't have that pedophilic ass love) (no know that uke raised him = seme not having an obsession with the uke and not having horrible separation anxiety)
