There are two translations for the manhwa your talking about. One goes by the name of “The pain in my neck” and the other is “the man next door is a vampire” yo7 should check both of them out because one of them has better translation.

i remember it had like only a few chapters but the mc is sick and the guy next door is a good vampire (?) and somehow when the vampire bites the mc he suddenly feels better. PLS IDK THE TITLE
