Same here but I think the whole point is that everyone's fucked up. I don't think the story ever meant to redeem anyone in the reader's eyes.
yeah it’s probably what the author was going for. it’s still gonna be a hard read for me though and It’s worst that i like the idea but the plot just ruins it for me and probably a lot of other people.
tbh they could’ve executed the story so well if they made the characters somewhat a decent fucking human being, but i read the spoilers and yikes. everyone is fucked in the head the only one i like is the MC daughter tbh..
