Heilo will be on death's door so, ML will change him into a vampire. There won't be a lot of angst and MC won't run away from ML or anything. One of ML's aids (not glasses guy) is the actual perpetrator involved in MC'S parents death. At the end, everything is solved and everyone is alive and happy
