*Inhales*....ooof. Ok. So, tldr: our couple discover that their doctor/male lead's childhood friend and nana's mother have been having an afair!
Which is obviously SO WRONG, for obvious reasons, and then some...For one thing, mom is still married, AND she is also te doctors boss, so BIIIG abuse of power there. Doctor also happens to be male leads childhood bff. They thought it was all a coinsidence that his old friend was their assigned doctor, but it was really just the moms way of keeping them all under her thumb. MAJOR breach of doctor/patient confidentiality. Anyways, ill try to sumthe spolers up in order of the coments i had mentioned at the beging...
1stly, the "no secrets between doctor and patient"
bit.... For a wile now, story had been hinting that the doctor friend has had a pretty serious milf fetish since the boys were in school together. There was a mini flashback chapter to when they boys were hanging out afterschool and were arguing over which porno to watch. Doc was pushing REALLY hard for the milf one, so that was the one they end up watching. This ends with them bith seei g what the oposite "male gender" (a&o) look like in person for the 1st time when they both end up seeing each other jerking off to the porno...(like...wtf?!?ew, right? Dont fap with your friends present!) Present day doc also says a few times that he has a woman hes been seeing recently.
As for the "hospital staff getting along well together" part...Theyve been hinting that nana's parents are not very happy together as a couple since the beging. This is because they were only ever married so that they could successfully produce and raise alpha heirs into the mom's familly's hospital legacy. Mom stated that she had made the "mistake" of furthering her career 1st, before starting a familly; thus leading her and the dad only being able to conceive just 1 child, nana. (biological clocks and all that.) Thankfully, the child was an alpha,(mom constantly states how much she hates omegas) and now mom wants to ensure that nana and her future son in law will have plenty of alpha heirs of their own while they are both still still young and furtile enough to produce several alpha dynasty heirs for the hospital AT ANY COST...including aparently, having the employee she has been sleeping with be their assigned doctor to make sure everything goes to presicly to her plan.
Main couple both get hospitalized after a sudden traumatic heat/rut episode, and while there, walk in on mom and doc doin the deed. Fl is so shocked she can barley talk, while ml is so mad at his friend breaking his trust, keeping secrets and and knowingly taking part in the distruction of a familly that he grabs him by the shirt and yells in his face that they are calling off the engagement. Mom is having none of it and outright refuses to change any of their arangements. No remorse or guilt either, btw. Doc seamed a little remorsefull about it after being screamed at, at least....
And...thats pretty much where ive read up to at ch. 7. Sorry for the long responce, im not great at keeping sumeries breif, but i hope i at least cleared some things up well enough to understand.

Riiiggghhht???i was under the impression that the most complicated thing about this story was gonna be the reversal of the alpha/omega roles an troupes, but otherwise was a typical slice of life rom com. But noooo now we got a soap opera plot on top of it ┗( T﹏T )┛!!!!
ofc they had to over complicate the story because the most obvious plot point (older male teacher x younger female student) is controversial on its own and the author needed something else to distract us! HA!

I know there should be no secrets between a patient and their doctor, and that a hostpital medical staff should get along well together, but ALL OF THIS is taing it a BIT TOO FAR!!!

This whole story started out so relitivly simple that this sudden afair drama feels almost out of place. Like, I saw the hints being dropped, but i didnt take them all that seriously because it just didnt feel like it was THAT kind of a story, you know what i mean? I feel like i both saw it coming, AND DIDNT see it coming, all at the same time...(@o@)
