I'm pretty sure the kiss was supposed to be a reference to the "cultural difference" trope and all the other touches were because they're modeling so that kind of intimacy is expected but I see where ur coming from. Hayton is literally acting like those old shoujo protagonists with 0 self-awareness
AND ALSO, Hayato let's Ray be all touchy with him when he's already dating Jin?? Hmm... Don't know how to feel about that. Hope they don't fight over jealousy tho, miscommunication and misunderstandings sucks.
