Not that people can't comment but even if you can't tell from the cover, the tag said so. So if you hate rape then you shouldn't read it in the first place. I always check the tags and the synopsis before I read anything because why would I waste my time reading something I don't even like in the first place?

Rule #1 always check the tags or you'll be traumatized. Also check the comments to make sure the tag is correct (because sometimes it's not even though most of the time it's correct)
The thing is that sometimes the character is sort of redeemed? Like sometimes it's not as bad as others. Also hate reading is a thing lol and sometimes you first have to read something in order to see if you actually hate it or not
