i don't believe he yang for a second there was no way he wasn't in love with his childhood friend. It's just his lame excuses or it's bc the story wasn't thought out well. from the earlier chapters you can see he yang was mooning over the childhood friend. Ignoring the uke all the way through.He really don't deserve the uke. Should've made it a love triangle and uke end up with someone else
