I'm not pro-Yayul here, but I think there is a difference between this story and the ones you mention. In the previous life, I don't think Yayul tormented and abused her during her life. He just killed her in the end. Whereas in those other stories (say like a crown prince trope with there being an ogFL trope), the trash ML is usually abusive and mean to the MC in favor of another woman (killing the MC in the end), and it's only in the reincarnation that *something* is different. I think its more that people are more anti-abuse forgiveness, but just the killing is fine (lmao) because it's not that it was long term trauma. Correct me if I'm wrong (I might be), wasn't the ML here kinda mean to our MC in the past life? That could be part of people's reasoning.
No in fact our FL was always mean to him aka pushing him away but he was always nice to her and kept approaching her. I don't exactly remember which chapter it was but she remembers that time when we first meet him iirc.
