I’m just wondering how she considers him a “comrade” during all of this when all he’s done is act cold and never really opened up. Every single time they’re just miserably misunderstanding one another. They finally have this vulnerable moment where ML is still kind of weirdly telling FL that he won’t share a bed with her.. we as the readers know why BUT WHY WONT HE JUST PHRASE IT DIFFERENTLY. I’m not saying it’s just the ML too because our FL absolutely won’t bring up the topic about the relationship between Mia and ML. While all of that is brewing up, Fl is too scared to go against the duke and ML who knows his grandfathers personality. Yet he doesn’t bother to console or have any heart to heart moments with FL.
