Saaaame for once i would like to see this setup but have the ML not be healed. It’s so tiring to see this happen over and over, and he can only “get the girl” once he’s “fixed” and loves her because she “fixes” him
The repeated abelist plots? A person becomes disabled and then suddenly their worth in the world is gone....
I know this is more an issue with how globally, society views disabled people as 'lesser than'. However, it does get tiring. 2024 and disabled and chronically ill people are still having to prove our worth and right to live
