the empress would not be happy about that plus i think Rishar just genuinely believed that Etienne has the makings of a good emperor

once Etienne became the empress, it will(might) be revealed that he's omega, and I think what the empress did to him was enough to punish her.

Feels like a naive plan but I was thinking, Rishar become the emperor first then abolish that omegas can't rule first, step down and have Ettiene emperor... Then again, it might be a bad political move and might lose some supporters, idk...
