I'm not usually one for pre-adolescent MLs as I find them annoying and overbearing (for example, I hate the kid MC in "Redeem: Only One Forever" and find him bloody annoying), but I quite like the crown prince. Perhaps because he's portrayed as matured, composed and wise. Then again, maybe it's paritially because I'm a sucker for redheads - lol. Regardless, this is an example of a well done pre-adolescent ML/MC. Mind you, I am perfectly well prepared for a phase of toxicity in the adult version, but overall, I am invested in this character and I don't see anything new that can change my opinion.
