I’m thinking there’s a couple reasons behind the paper. The first might be he is going to divorce her because of the contract marriage through her grandmother and maybe he wants to like officially marry her and the other reason is probably because he had that planned before they got along or even, he might want to divorce her to protect her from his brother or something because Victor is crazy and eiser still lacks that communication and openness with Serena
I think it's either bc he wants to remarry her frfr or he's doing this to protect her because he cares about her(wants Victor to think that it was all just a contract relationship) but I rlly don't like miscommunication.. or it's probably bc he heard her talking to diah in the pub about how they will divorce eventually (she didn't mean it)
Hopefully that divorce paper is just something from early on in the relationship, not something he’s planning to use now. Cause ngl that’d be messed up if he uses that right after they slept together lmaoo
