Being clueless about sex is different from straight up thinking love is like those fairytales, her mindset is that of a child because of how she was locked in the tower. That and how the ML acts around her makes the entire premise weird, because he straights up manipulates her.
She mostly IS a kid. She mentions that “when she debuts blah blah blah”. If she hasn’t debuted she most likely isn’t 18, possibly isn’t even 16. At the very least she’s not even considered an adult in her own society as that’s what the debut signifies, so far basically every man in this needs to die in a fire
