shiiii I don't know how he was raised. I would never blame a child for how they are psychologically. but, I will judge the choices they make depending on how much they affect people . And of course I would be accepting of a child psychopath. It's a child. He needed obvious help, but he didn't get that. Psychopathic children are still children lol
