If you’re ever interested in Rogi’s story (I wasn’t either, I just skimmed it for context) he’s pretty obsessed with Tats’ dad. They even had a thing. So he made this elaborate scheme to meet him (the dad) again, because he’s as obsessed with him as Nozumi is Tats. :(
