it's so funny because I was thinking about a rule/law like this since myself knows when(maybe the first time I've read omegaverse). I thought it can be a good solution for over population and r*pe, my thought/plan also includes the last part yk (I still haven't thought of a solution if that happens) + I have a lots of other thoughts about this like should/do we also call those men who put their dicks on the criminals rapist or nah?
