Actually if you've seen the raws, it might really be a foreshadowing.
Haven't seen the raws, but when I saw his sister in one of the chapters she also had some fangs and even more so her eyes were slit like at times. So it could just be author style or perhaps the uke is beast-kin or even just half like one of his parents are.

Naww thats not how it works, the doctor explains in one of the chapters that even if people with the beast condition have kids, it most likely wont pass on to them since its VERY rare.
Yeah, I get that the doctor said that, but the doctor also said that the condition is rare, the first time he's seen it, and that it's not well documented.
Things can change with time and doctors can be wrong !! Although it's much more likely for the doctor to be right in this case, I think it's fun to think up a theory here and there :> !!
