Joowon and TJ - are both shit characters, but their srans will justify their actions. They arent unique or interesting characters. Its like the authors looked at cliche semes and applied to their characters. They sre the typical "Im gonna push you away because I love you but Im still gonna have sex with you, but when a new man comes along Im gonna realise how I really feel" type of semes. MiINGHWA MAY HAVE TOXIC SEMES. BUT ATLEAST SHE DOESNT NEED TO ADD A LOVE TRIANGLE, JUST TO USE THE SECOND LEAD AS A CATALYST FOR THE END GAME.

Haeyoung - is a rapist and he beats the uke

Joowon - ends up with the uke, but I still believe the author was forced into doing that, because she put a whole creators note explaining why she ended it like that. almost as if she needed to justify it. Stange if you ask me.

Wet Sand is still ongoing, so theres hope. Unfortunately TJ has a lot of stans (so the author may be forced to pick him as end game, because of crazy stans)

Non Zero Sum - Novel Spoilers - He ends up with Haeyoung after a convient memory loss trope.

The Joowon & TJ stans will tell you to read it, But trust me dont. its not worth it, especially when the second lead is more interesting and better, but they are used to move foward the main couple. but maybe wet sand will end better than love or hate.

The MC and ML in these stories conveniently have history together, eg Haesoo and Joowon were stepbrothers, slept together since they were teens and knew each other for 10 years. Thats not easy to compete with, TJ and Ian knew each other for 19 years.

But just because you know someone for a long time, doesnt mean you should be with them. Unfortunately these BL authors thought the opposite.
